Just Add Color Blog Hop!

February 20, 2019 by Stephanie Low 151 Comments

You are likely coming from the lovely, the Spellbinder’s Blog prior to hitting mine, so for that I am so very thankful. My name is Stephanie and I illustrated this stamp set for you. Just you, the one sitting in your jams with a cuppa coffee and a hankering for some creative inspiration.

Just Add Color just hit shelves and I couldn’t be happier if I tried because she is so lovely and dainty and whimsy and lovely. Just like you my lovely friends!

She is everything you want in a stamp collection because these images can literally be used for everything. Every holiday (I am looking at you Christmas!). Every occasion (even a Quinceanera or Bar Mitzva or my gay best friend’s wedding!). Every gender (dudes love flowers, even if they won’t admit it, but I did throw in some mandalas for the win just in case). And. Every. Dang. Crafting. Project! Cards, Scrapbooking, Journaling, Planner(ing?), Fine Art. You name it and we can find a way because I am DETERMINED!

Ok, whatever, moving on because you have a ton of blogs to get to and I don’t want to take too much of your precious beautiful time. Just kidding.

I loved making these images for you. In case you are unaware I do a lot of custom tattoo designs for folks from all over the world, so when I design a stamp collection I like to draw inspiration from tattoo art and ride the line between exaggerated botanicals and true to nature botanicals. I have a little bit of both here and I hope you love them like I do!

My baby Chrysanthemum

My baby Chrysanthemum stamp is going to give you all of the “I need to color right now for my sanity” vibes! She is sooo very much fun to color. Keeping track of the insides of her petals versus the outside can be tricky but the result is so rewarding! I used some dies not in this collection for this design (the geometric die was an early Lene Lok die which I am in love with and can’t find on the website anymore… and the leaves are from my Good Vibes Only die collection found here: Good Vibes Only)  And don’t we LOVE LOVE LOVE the InkOn3 “no line coloring” technique? If you haven’t heard this new trend has taken off!

Isn’t this fun, and time consuming!? But seriously, I have just decided I am going to take your whole afternoon because I can and because I want to toot my Just Add Color horn all day long.

Can we all just agree that coloring on dark paper with Prismacolor Pencils (OR Polychromos) is just about the coolest thing ever!? I think we can. Moving on…

(above) I also used and gold embossed a stamp called Geo Dots from my Cool Vibes collection, found here: Cool Vibes

I have first and foremost loved making patterns on cardstock with this collection. I think I went through a dozen sheets of paper just stamping patterns repeatedly the first day I got to play with them. I like that; colored or uncolored or partially colored; the patterns are so perfect for framing up any card or project!

I saved this one for last for two reasons. 1. It doesn’t fit the color and style of my previous cards and it is making me a little bit crazy but it’s ok actually because I made this card like 6 months ago so I will give myself a break. And 2. Feathers are my jam! Best for last folks.

I built this stamp with the intention that she be layered on top of one another like so. Most people I have seen play with this stamp have used the feather separately which is the obvious way to do it so that’s cool – BUT when you layer my little baby flowers on top of my sweet feather friend…. Dude – she comes together splendidly. I used an X-Acto knife to slice and dice her until I could puzzle piece her together just right. I will likely try again as this was my first attempt and it is a little rough (don’t look closer now! Jeez!)

Ok fine, look closer…

Well ladies and super amazing crafty secure in your manhood gentlemen – this concludes our Stephanie Low limping along as a card-maker blog. I hope Just Add Color adds some Color into your creative lives and I even more hope you will SHARE your amazing creations with me on Social Media! Friendly Frolicking on Friday Funday!

July 26, 2018 by Stephanie Low 385 Comments

You have made it to the end of the Simon Says Stamps Friendly Frolic Blog hop and I wonder if you are over it already and just excited to go get creative already!

(I will keep things short and sweet for you!)

But you are in luck because MY blog has an additional giveaway and that is always exciting!

By way of introduction, I am Stephanie Low.  I have been illustrating for and in the craft industry for a few years and I am so thrilled to have found my way into it!  Crafters and craft companies are some of the best people around and I am glad to be counted among them.

I illustrated the Earth has Music set for Simon Says Stamps and if you know anything about me you will know I have a bordering unhealthy obsession with putting all things into feathers!  So I did that for you with this set.  I put flowers and foliage into some delicate little feathers and they are so fun!

A little tropical inspired feather with plumeria and hibiscus flowers

&

A little anemone and wildflower buds and a spray of leaves::

A curly chrysanthemum and vines:

Then, just to throw you off I included a little bundle of daffodils:

I am not a fancy or creative card maker so I like to keep it simple and lay down some paint or colored pencil and slap it on a card or even just in my sketch book.

Have you seen the amazing creations over at the Friendly Frolic Gallery ?!  It is inspiring and so fun to scroll through.  We can’t wait to see what you’ve created!!  Also be sure to stop by the Simon Says Stamp Shop for a look at the entire Friendly Frolic release.

GIVEAWAY TIME!!!

Ill be giving away this stamp set to three lucky winners who can answer two (three?) questions: Which feather do you like best and what do you plan on using it for? What kinds of stamps do you want to see me draw in the future?

ON TOP OF MY GIVEAWAY, Simon Says Stamps will be giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop from the blog comment section. They’ll choose their winners over the weekend and post on our Simon Says Stamp store blog on Wednesday August 1. The winners can email Simon Says Stamp to claim his/her prize

BLOG HOP TIME!!!

As Blog Hops go you should have come to my blog via Karin’s Blog and now you are done!  But IN CASE you want to reference the list again I have added it below.

Good Vibes Attract Good Lives

June 21, 2018 by Stephanie Low 154 Comments

What is up my crafty people?!  My name is Stephanie and I am an illustrator and crafter and all around artsy fartsy (mostly artsy) person!  I have been illustrating in the craft industry for a few years now and I am madly in love with the genre and the people and the VIBES I get when I am in this industry.  People helping people be creative is always a good thing.  Creativity is vital to happiness in my opinion?  Right?!

I had the privilege to draw this set called Strangeness for Simon Says Stamps and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!  She is springy and she is versatile and she is absolutely incredible!  I am very proud of her.

Before I began working in the craft industry I made my way as an artist by doing custom tattoos for people all over the world.  So my style is heavily influenced by tattoo art of many genres.  The birds in this design feel a little bit American Traditional style and the peonies are more influenced by Japanese style tattoo imagery.

I have been on a Prismacolor Pencil streak lately so I decided to keep things traditional and color the flowers for a beautifully colorful card.  I like to find an art media that I love and then do it over and over again until I am tired of it and find something else!  Right now I am smack in the middle of my Prismacolor stage so I am embracing it fully.

I am still building my craft supplies and I did not have an acrylic block big enough to fit my stamp and I don’t have a fancy stamp assistant like the Misti yet so I used an acrylic clipboard to mount my stamp.  Worked like a charm! I like to use a permanent ink to stamp so that I can paint or color them without worrying about it budging. I used Ranger Archival Ink, Jet Black, to stamp this image on 110 lb Neenah cardstock.  Then I simply colored it!  After coloring it and the accompanying little flowers I fussy cut each of them and arranged them and used American Crafts foam dots to tack down the flowers.

Since it is such a large stamp I had to get creative with placement but I think you could easily get creative with how to use it even on smaller cards!

I hope you love her as much as I do!  If you choose to use my stamp set and make pretty things I would LOVE to see your creations!  Be sure to tag me on Instagram (@stephanie.low.creative and #StephanieLowCreative) or facebook (Stephanie Low Creative).

Thank you for checking me out and for listening to my short story!  Keep making art and keep sharing it with the world!

Let’s go on a Handmade Blog Hop

February 18, 2018 by Stephanie Low 85 Comments

Hello, my name is Stephanie Low and I am a licensed designer for Spellbinders.  I have always been an artist and began illustrating for tattoos several years ago.  Now I get to add stamps and dies to my illustration resume and it is so fun and rewarding!  I cannot even get over seeing people using my stamps for their own projects.  Like in all seriousness, I stalk the internet for people and projects like an addict!  It is an amazing feeling.

I illustrated this Handmade stamp collection with this in mind.  I want creatives like me to make cute things and give them to those that they love – and I want to see all of the projects!!!  Here are some of the fun samples that my homies over at Spellbinders made with my stamps and I am in love with them!

This blog post here:  Goodies & Gifties  shows several projects I cranked out for this purpose.  And then of course Spellbinders blog never has a shortage of cute and inspired ideas of how to use my stamps and dies.  The card in the link above and stamp set has been a huge favorite of everyone who comes across the collection.

There are so many great card samples to choose from so I wanted to try to come up with several NON-Card options for this because the whole theory behind this is we don’t just give cards to those we love,  we give GIFTS!

I used this image in a previous post and had made several little tags designed to accompany the handmade gifts we give to those we love.  It is an added layer of sentimental thoughtfulness which we can never have enough of.

I had a blast making these little cross stitch beauties and they would make great gifts or even the making of a gift tag if you take them out of the embroidery hoops and cut them into tag shapes!

The “Handcrafted” project is so simple, I just stamped the word twice by first masking off the “Crafted” part and then only stamping the “Hand” part in order to have the words stacked on one another. Then I simply stitched over the stamped image in alternating rainbow colors!  The rose is a die from my “Good Vibes Only” collection which will hit the shop very soon!

I am in love with my little sewing box – except that it actually doesn’t hold all my sewing stuff but that is irrelevant…  I got this cute little wooden box at Target (of course) and immediately I knew I was going to stamp on it!  How perfect are those buttons stamped on there!?!?!  Stupendous! I am such a nerd and get excited about silly things.  These button images were designed after real vintage buttons and I wish I could have made a dozen of them.  They are each so cute and unique!

I keep buttons in this box and my embroidery stuff.  Someday I will fill it entirely with buttons.  I should talk to Tammy Tutterow who is also button obsessed!

Ok – last one – PROMISE.  I keep all sorts of little bits of things and I had this little linen bag from some packaging at some point, so I apologize that I cannot tell you where you can find something like this. I just keep things that many people throw away and then re-purpose them!  I simply stamped my “one of a kind” stamp on there with permanent ink, traced parts of it with Gelly Roll pens, filled it with Hershey kisses and called it good for my neighbor who needed a bit of chocolate! Done!  I would say the Gelly Roll ink would likely bleed if it got wet but I am not sure.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my ideas and my stamps and for those that leave comments, I love you extra special!

Much Love, Stephanie Low

xoxo

I got reminded by my Crafty Friend Heather Kindt (look her up, fantastic artist!) the other day that two years ago I didn’t know what a “die” was and now I am designing them for the amazing Die Cutting company, Spellbinders!

Spellbinders is known in the craft industry as a leader in dies and I am so humbled and honored to be a part of their team.  It has been such an amazing creative and professional journey and I am grateful for it.

Now for the good stuff!!!

My new DIES ONLY Collection is being released next month and just hit the “Coming Soon” section on their website!  I have been so stoked about this collection because it is something different for me and I think it will lend well to the Spellbinders look and their amazing customers.

The Collection consists of ten different sets; florals, butterflies, feathers, foliage and even crystals!  Eeeeeeeeeeeee…!! (<— that is a squeal of excitement by the way)

Of course Spellbinders creative team has banged out some incredible sample cards for their website and catalog but I just HAD to get started on my OWN samples because they had to be much funkier for my taste!

The other day I had a surge of creativity (thanks coffee) and cranked out about 6 cards in one day (I hardly moved, at the end of the day my house was trashed because my kids assumed they were allowed to do whatever they wanted in my “absence”).  I have been on a roll ever since but still have a few more to make in order to use all of the dies in the collection.

I started with a complex card but outlining the die and water coloring the negative space. I used a watercolor pencil by Prisma Color to do the outline in order to keep the line as unnoticeable as possible.

After I had it all painted in I added the image to an already painted and folded piece of mixed media paper and embellished it all with my glorious friends the Gelly Roll pens and cute little sparkly dots from Doodlebug! After everything was assembled I threw on Glossy Accents to the outline of the flower in order to give it an extra level of pop.  I hadn’t used Glossy Accents before and was super pleased with how easy it was to use and the results it gave me.

From here I continued to make more and more cards based off of this style and color palette and couldn’t stop myself!  I was unstoppable!

Here are some more of my creations!

Whew! It has been an extrememly creatively charged and productive few days.  I am going to keep up this momentum and use ALL of the dies in projects ASAP.  I will try to do a follow up blog post in order to showcase them but for now – this will have to do!

I am loving this bright and fun color palette and the sparkle that I added with the Gelly Roll pens and the glitter and the Glossy Accents.  It has been such a joy to create these cards.  It has even mad eme consider making more and more and more and selling them on my etsy page and/or maybe craft fairs or the like.

I hope you liked my post and I hope even more that you like the collection and will consider supplying yourself with your favorites and then sending me photos of your creations.  It makes me so happy to see other’s using my designs and seeing the creativity that stems from my efforts.

Thank you for stopping by lovelies!

Stephanie

xoxo

Homemade Goodies and Gifites

January 6, 2018 by Stephanie Low 10 Comments

I am not sure about you but I love to give AND receive handmade gifts.  There is a part of yourself that gets permanently placed into a handmade gift for a loved one.  Whether it be the tissue paper rose your second grader gives you or a time consuming crocheted blanket from your mother (thanks Mom!) or a plate of cookies from a thoughtful neighbor.  These tokens of ourselves and our time leave lasting impacts on those we gift to. Somehow it means more to get handcrafted goods.

Now – I do NOT want to shame or guilt those out there that don’t give or make handcrafted goods because you can totally be like me and bring a plate of store bought treats to parties and tell people you made them without guilt.  Seriously, you have permission.  Totally not a big deal.  In fact!  Go a step further and throw one of these stamps on a blank tag and make people truly believe that you made them!

My point is – go make something!  I tried to get a little range in this new stamp collection and I hope there is something for every hand made gift giver out there.

Here are some of the tags, cards and even wrapping paper I whipped together in the last week and have plans for many more.

I hope to hear from you all and that you tell me which speak most to your CREATIVE gift giving self!  I hope something stands out to you and that you make great use of it in your efforts to give a piece of yourself by making handcrafted items for your loved ones…

(or store bought with a handmade card of deceit like me!)

!!!Giveaway TIME!!!

I would LOVE to give away a stamp set to some of you but will need your participation in order to do so!

Please comment below and share your email address if you would like to win.  Tell me which stamp set you like best by heading over to the Spellbinders “Coming Soon” section and picking out a  set that speaks to your creative life and tell me why and how you intend to use it.  Winners will be emailed at the end of January!

OK Dudes, that is all for me for now.  I should probably go make more cute tags with the stamps I haven’t featured yet but I have got hungry kids and an antsy husband on his day off and we are heading to the beach for a picnic lunch!  Check out the Spellbinders website for all of the stamps!

Now, do that now please.  Hurry.  Bye.

Peace!

xoxo,

Stephanie

Holidays are for Hopping!

December 4, 2017 by Stephanie Low 116 Comments

I am digging all these blog hops lately!  This is my third one and so I feel like I am finally getting the hang of it!  It is so wonderful to be grouped together with so many crafty, talented, creative, beautiful and kind people who want to showcase amazing and fun products together in the spirit of sharing the gift and JOY of creativity and art.  Such a privilege.

Ill be sharing my Christmas collection this time around and I am pretty pleased with it!  In case you missed the other Christmas collection blog post I completed for Spellbinders you can find it here.  I did a whole array of cards and tags and had a blast.

As many of you know I am not a crafter by “trade.”  I have enjoyed many a nights scrapbooking and card making over the decades but I just have fun with it and don’t get too fancy.  I am in AWE of the amazing things that “professional” paper crafters do with their projects; things that I would have never even thought of doing and the results are incredible.   Since I know they have all of those fancy bases covered with their glitter and glam, I figured I would get back to basics and see where that would take me.

When I told my six year old daughter that her mommy illustrated a bunch of stamps she went nuts!  To her stamps and stickers are a badge of a good deed done or an assignment completed.  She wanted to stamp everything and see all of them!  So of course I obliged and whenever I have my stamps out and she catches wind, she always gets a simple card stamped or a stray scrap of paper or even, often, a hand or arm “tattoo” when the mood strikes.

She decided this year that she wanted to give some of her friends at school and her teacher some Christmas cards.  We went to the store and checked out the card section first and I was blown away by the prices (because I am super cheap!) and eventually it occurred to me that we could simply make them ourselves (I’m a little slow).

I bought a little 10 pack of 3″x3″ green ombre cards made by American Crafts and began stamping backgrounds on them.  I then told her to pick out which stamps she liked best and I stamped those separate and die cut them and placed them on top of a few of the cards.

DONE!  The rest was up to her – she got to color and scribble and mark them up however she wanted and addressed envelopes and sign her cute little name and call it good.

Mission – First Grader Christmas Card Project: SUCCESS!

Little brother got in on the coloring action (for five minutes and then lost interest and began scattering colored pencils and then his sister got mad at him)

I see so many sophisticated things being done with stamps and dies and paper these days and I think we need to remember that stamps are synonymous with coloring and creativity and a “job well done” for our little ones and let them get in on that action.  Inspire them to create!

It’s another Blog Hop!

November 20, 2017 by Stephanie Low 50 Comments

Dudes – I can’t even explain just how excited I am about this Cool Vibes Collection! If you want to browse through some other project images and the inspiration behind the illustrations then find all of that here on this post.

I had a blast illustrating this and would love to hear what you think and what your favorite images are. I definitely have my personal favorites and the project below is featuring one of them.

I illustrated this image for a tattoo customer of mine who commissioned a moon shaped bouquet of flowers and I immediately thought it would make a great stamp.

I am just in love with this illustration and have this painting framed in my room because I think it is the coolest (obviously I am my biggest fan! weirdo)

For the stamp version I have the whole moon shaped image available but I also have each flower in it’s own stamp in case you want to layer the image using the matching dies.
I have used that effect in this card project.  Here I have stamped ONLY the rose a few times on a previously painted background.

And I die cut the moon shape twice, once with the stamped imaged and once without in order to have more dimension and color. I can’t ever have enough color.

After assembling all of the layers and painting the cute little flowers I threw the card together with my Good Vibes stamp in gold embossing and a shinny cord all on top of a previously watercolor painted background.

I hope you like this project and the images I have produced for this collection.  They are very true to my style and I know that my tattoo fans will appreciate their tattoo style for sure.

Be sure to leave me some comments and tell me what you think.

NOW ON TO THE BLOG HOP!  Be sure to follow the links below for the hop!  If you get lost along the way be sure to find the BEGINNING of the Blog Hop HERE

Spellbinders throws THE BEST Blog Hops, they are always filled with so much creativity and VARIETY!  If you don’t like MY style, then there will be someone’s style that you will like somewhere in the hop, so be sure to click along and see all of the pretty things!

Sugar Skull Feather Renovation!

August 3, 2017 by Stephanie Low 2 Comments

I renovated this popular design this week and added some color even!  It is always a lot of fun to return to a tried and true image!

This is now my second time adding color in and I think I love it!  I will be adding color to my price list effective immediately.

That time I got glass in my hand and had an epiphany…

August 2, 2017 by Stephanie Low Leave a Comment

I had a scare yesterday. And I’ll tell you at risk for sounding like a wussy whinner.

I dropped and broke a glass and when I went to pick it up an unnoticed part punctured the fatty part of the palm of my right hand (I’m right handed) right in the crease where my thumb meets my palm.  Immediately there was pouring blood since there are a lot of veins right there and I may have panicked and may have almost passed out. Maybe.

After applying pressure I noticed that aside from the pain from being cut, I was feeling sharp pain inside my hand which I worried meant there was glass still in my hand. I dismissed this and waited for the pain to subside, which it never did. I couldn’t move my thumb and my hand was in constant sharp pain and swollen.

I started to worry that I would not be able to draw and create for an indefinite amount of time and this terrified me more than there most likely being glass in my hand. I tossed and turned all night last night and finally woke this morning feeling depressed. After less than 24 hours knowing I couldn’t write, draw, cut, color, glue, paint, BRUSH MY TEETH (I eventually used my left hand, don’t worry) I was depressed. I knew then that I had to fix this.

I called my doc, they told me to try the ER or urgent care. At this point all I had was a bruised hand with a TINY puncture wound and scab and knew I would be waiting for eternity for them to probably roll their eyes and or laugh at me. Not an option.

So I went to my craft tool box, found tweezers and an X-Acto knife and  will spare you the details of the rest… I WILL say however that I fished out a 1 cm long shard of glass and was immediately able to move my thumb again.

the MORAL of this seemingly pointless, feel sorry for me, story: upon realizing I would not be aloud to create I immediately became depressed. And that was significant. Creation is so important, for me, for you, for everyone.

For almost a decade I had no creative outlet in my life. I abandoned drawing, I hardly scrapbooked any more. And I was not happy in this state. Once I began to create again I found a happiness and satisfaction and pride that I hadn’t known in far too long.

I truly believe that creativity is what sets our species apart from other animals. And at risk of sounding like a know it all, I will move on.

We have this ability to create art and beauty from nothing and we need to use it!

I say it all the time, but I truly mean it – CREATE EVERYDAY!

Doodle, paint, cook, garden, sew, crochet, stitch, plant, bake, knit, build models, write, photograph, decorate, run a business, play music, put an outfit together, string a necklace, whittle, weld, fix a car, do nails, create a spreadsheet – literally endless possibilities of creativity!!! There are so many ways to create. Find what makes you tick. Find what gives you life and joy and positivity. There is something for everyone. And if you don’t think there is, get creative with the way you are looking at your life.. likely there is something you are creating that is going unnoticed.  Take a class at the local junior college or community center. Find a mentor or friend to create with. Go to stores that encourage creativity. Find your creative passion and feast on it! I promise it will enhance your life. PROMISE!

Im sorry my lame story about glass embedded in my hand had to preface this revelation, but it was on my mind so whatever… 😉

I love you all and thanks for reading rant

xoxo, Steph

Stephanie is so kind and wonderful to work with. She is honest about what will work and what won't, and creates beautiful artwork. My first piece was exactly what I had hoped, no revisions or changes required at all. I can't wait to have the tattoo done and I can't wait to see my next completed piece!! Thank you again Stephanie!

Stephanie is an amazing artist and is very patient. She made every little change I requested until I was completely satisfied with the design. I can't wait to get my beautiful tattoo! I came to Stephanie with a tattoo idea that was a bit different from the floral designs I saw on most of her listings. But she was incredibly open and supportive of new ideas and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her! She constantly kept me updated as she progressed on the drawing, and she was very patient and wiling to make big and small changes as I saw them. She was easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses to questions and revisions. I am so incredibly happy with the final product, it came out even better than I envisioned it! Her artwork is of the highest caliber and I will definitely be back if I decide to get more tattoos!

  • Lisa Hankins

There are no words to describe Stephanie and her art. She is simply amazing. I contacted her to do a piece for me for a tattoo, and although she indicated what I wanted was a bit "outside of the box", she delivered 110% and more. She was open to my ideas & even threw in her own, which made my piece so much better. She has an eye & a talent that's indescribable. I'm so happy I found her. I cannot wait to show her my tattoo when it's finished. :) The turn around time is surprisingly quick for such a detailed, well-thought out piece. Stephanie, THANK YOU.

Stephanie exceeded my expectations and was a pleasure to work with! I had a very specific tattoo idea in mind and she helped bring my vision to life. I loved, loved Stephanie's communication and responsiveness throughout the process! She over-communicated and was very good about answering my questions in a timely manner and I ask a lot of questions lol! She was also a good listener, extremely patient, and offered great ideas and feedback when I needed it, all of which helped me to think through my vision. Tattoos are extremely meaningful and last a lifetime so it's important to fall in love with your design, and I was certainly able to do this with Stephanie's work! I cannot wait to get Stephanie's beautiful design tattooed in the near future, I will definitely be using Stephanie again for new potential designs!!!

  • Steve Beck

Amazing artist!!! I love it! Thanks for the amazing Koi :)

  • When I look at my custom design it still takes my breath away! Let me start off by saying that Stephanie is amazing in every way imaginable. I fell in love with her work when my friend had a design made last year. I finally decided to commission her right before she did a big move. In all the life changes and shuffle, she forgot about my design. I admit I did too. When I contacted her to see if she was settled in she was so beside herself she had forgotten! I was in no way upset but she was amazing. She worked closely and patiently with me to design exactly what I wanted. Although I just love her creative ideas so I let her run with most of it. She created a masterpiece and I CANNOT wait to get it forever on my body! She was so apologetic and even reimbursed my deposit! She is such a professional!

  • Chloe Thomas

I'm so excited to get this tattoo! Stephanie captured exactly the elements I described to her and she created a truly custom, personal work of art. She was responsive, honest about her process, set expectations, solicited feedback at various points, and the result is everything I hoped for. I'm looking forward to finding the right tattoo artist so that I can have this as a permanent work of art I can always display. Thank you, Stephanie! Pictures of the final tattoo to come!

  • Julianna Fusco

Let me start off with that Stephanie is INCREDIBLE. She truly has the customer's best interest at heart, and works with you to create a design that you love and one that will look good!! She kept in touch with me throughout all steps of the process, always making sure I would get the perfect design- and I did! I'm absolutely obsessed with this design and cannot wait to put it on my skin, it's better than I could have imagined, she really took my kinda weird request and made it beautiful. Couldn't be happier!

  • Bethany Monciavaiz

She is a astounding artist! Love, love my design.

  • Dion Navarro

So the first thing is that my actual design is not the one that will appear next to this review, so keep this in mind when reading. Stephaine was brilliant to deal with, there was an open line of communication and update, she never took offence to requested amends, and gave enough of a steer and opinion on the overall look and feel without taking over of making me feel in any way the piece wasn't entirely mine. it is clear from dealing with Stephaine and looking at her work that more then just a business this really is a labor of love and something she cares about which makes it all the more special for customers. I would certainly recommend the services of Stephanie Low Designs.

  • Peach Bird

I'd been admiring Stephanie's work for almost a year before I was able to snag a spot on her waitlist. My design has a few unconventional things in it, the cupcake for one, and lots of big round objects but she didn't shy away from the challenge; in fact, she stepped up and knocked it out of the park. I feel like I changed things a thousand times, but she was very kind and nothing but professional, she replied quickly even though there is a 6 hour time difference between us. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and my tattoo design is everything that I imagined it to be. I cannot wait to have it put on my skin. Thank you so much, Stephanie!!
